  • Community forest enterprises provide motivation for sustaining forests as livelihood support
  • The rules and processes of decentralization are still work in evolving. Careful “improvisation” of approaches would be the key to success.
  • Capacitating communities (demand side) is doubly effective if capacitating local authorities is also done simultaneously.
